Abstract
This research was conducted to determine the 100 meter running speed ability of PKO FIK UNIMED. This research is intended to determine the speed analysis every 10 meters. Running 100 meters with the lactite anaerobic energy system requires a strategic pattern or speed setting to get the best performance. This research is survey research. The population in this research is PKO FIK Unimed students. The data collection technique used purposive sampling, the sample obtained was 10 people. The data obtained was in the form of video and data analysis using kinovea software. The results of the research show that runners can accelerate at a distance of 0-50 meters with an average acceleration value of 1.23 m/s, and runners accelerate again at a distance of 80-90 meters with an average acceleration value of 1.23 m/s.
