Abstract
The Indonesian National Work Competency Standards (SKKNI) plays a crucial role in ensuring graduates possess work competencies. Implementing the SKKNI in the learning process is expected to increase the relevance of teaching materials and prepare graduates for work. This study aims to implement the SKKNI in innovative learning tools based on screencast technology. This research method uses Research and Development (R&D) with quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The developed SKKNI-based learning tools were then validated by experts. After validation, a trial of the learning tools was conducted on seventh-semester students of the Accounting Education Study Program. The results of this study are expected to provide an important contribution to developing more effective learning tools and improving the quality of accounting graduates. The outputs to be generated include publications in Wos-indexed proceedings, registration of Intellectual Property Rights (HAKI), publications in accredited national journals, and additional outputs in the form of monographs.
