Abstract
Coretax is a technology-based tax administration system designed to improve efficiency, transparency, and compliance in tax management. The success of Coretax implementation is greatly influenced by taxpayers^ understanding of the system, which largely depends on the effectiveness of the socialization process. Those with good technological knowledge more easily understand how the Coretax system works, including navigation, data entry, and electronic tax reporting, tend to adapt more quickly to the new system. This research is expected to provide valuable insights for policymakers to understand obstacles and challenges, appropriate socialization strategies, improve technological knowledge, segment audiences, evaluate program effectiveness, and develop inclusive policies. By utilizing the findings of this research, policymakers can design more effective and responsive strategies, improve the understanding and use of tax technology among taxpayers, and ensure better tax compliance. The research procedure begins with the preparation stage, data collection stage, data processing stage, interpretation and conclusion stage, and report preparation stage. The targeted outputs of this research are the Proceedings of the 6th International Conference on Innovation in Education, Science, and Culture, ICIESC 2025, the Journal of Taxation, Management, and Accounting (Sinta 4), the Final Research Report, and the IPR of the Final Research Report.
