Abstract
In improving the quality of life of the community, the government provides funding in each village aimed at equalizing development in Indonesia. The allocation of budgets by local governments to build the welfare of the community is an important milestone in efforts to enhance the quality of life of the village population. This study aims to determine the simultaneous (together) influence of community active participation and the quality of public services on the management of village funds in the Percut Sei Tuan sub-district.
This research is a qualitative study and uses survey methods, with respondents consisting of community leaders and village deliberation bodies in the Percut Sei Tuan sub-district.
The research results show that Community Active Participation and Public Service Quality have a significant impact on Village Fund Management. An F value of 41.750 with a significance of 0.000 reaffirms that the constructed regression model can explain the variation in overall village fund management.
