This qualitative research uses a literature study approach to analyze public sector efficiency and resource utilization. Data is collected from various sources such as academic journals and research articles, with a focus on economic impact and policy implementation. The public sector includes activities related to the public interest and the provision of services funded through taxes and other state revenues. Evaluate the potential of natural and artificial resources which are very important for sustainable development. Human resources are critical to organizational success, driving performance and growth. Policy implications emphasize the need for effective resource management, environmental considerations, and sustainable economic development to ensure prosperity for current and future generations.
