Abstract
Technology and art can play an important role in creating stress relievers for teachers. This can help reduce the stress that may be experienced in daily routines. Teachers can use creative platforms, such as blogs, podcasts, YouTube channels or virtual exhibitions to share their experiences. So it can all serve as an outlet for self-expression that can help reduce stress. This training, which unites creativity and technology, aims to be an initiation of stress relief for teachers in Kepulauan Seribu, especially on Tidung Island, so that their mental health can be well regulated and stress is reduced. The participants gained knowledge and understanding about the virtual exhibition on the ArtSteps platform. The methods used in this training are lectures, discussions, simulations, and presentations. Based on the pre-test and post-test scores related to the virtual exhibition at ArtSteps, there was an increase in the knowledge and understanding of the trainees by 32%. Therefore, it can be concluded that this training activity has a good impact on the participants, namely the teachers of MIN 17 Tidung Island.
