Abstract
The purpose of this research is to develop a Moral and Religious Values (NAM) screening assessment tool that can be used as a pre-learning aid in early childhood at KB Talenta Kudus. This tool is expected to facilitate teachers in identifying children^s moral and religious readiness before starting the formal learning process. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE development model (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate). The results of the study show that this NAM screening tool is effective in improving early childhood learning readiness, especially in the context of moral and religious learning.
