Abstract
This research aims to assess and analyze the competitiveness of human re-sources in Central Java province. It delves into strategies for cognitive im-provement, emphasizing access and quality of education to enhance human resource competitiveness. Additionally, the study explores strategies for mas-tering digital literacy, character development, and skills acquisition as integral components of increasing overall competitiveness. Employing a policy re-search approach with an interpretive perspective, the study involves a di-verse range of participants and policy recipients. Data collection includes both secondary data and primary data gathered through the FGD method. Triangulation analysis is employed to analyze qualitative and quantitative da-ta. Evaluation in this study extends beyond specific stages in the policy cy-cle, encompassing the entire policy-making process and considering different time perspectives. The research highlights the need for governmental mecha-nisms to improve mobility and provide information about employment op-portunities, particularly to mitigate variations in information among dis-tricts/cities in Central Java.
