one example for a quite succesful ghost kitchen is Everplate Kemang. Its located at strategic area with heavy traffic jam at certain time. It cause consumers to think twice to go out for some lunch or dinner. The system they use also very simple and consumer friendly. the working space quite small but still can use. The problem still the same, waiting time for taking order sometimes too long. This ghost kitchen got 4,1 stars rating, negative comment under 20% at google review. Thanks
