I will try to answer,
Everyone has their own way in learning. In my view, we need to focus on the obstacles
or difficulties in learning grammar. For example, when we have difficulty in
understanding the use of tenses, we need to focus on that part. Then, we need to
practice more, and use grammatical recources more frequently, suach having access to
google, grammar books, and youtube video.
