(Juho & Keronen, (2017) regarding why people buy virtual goods, he explained that
throughout his literature there are several strong factors that influence the behavior of
buying virtual goods, including attitudes, self-presentation needs, subjective norms,
social presence, perceptions value, enjoyment of using the service, intention to use the
service, and perceived ease of use.
