Question from Dr. Roisu Eny Mudawaroch 2022.12.21 13:40:36 permission to ask 1. Are the 8 isolates obtained from one place or several places closely monitored? 2. What is the isolate obtained at the dilution? 3. I have done the same research but only S Aureus and E Coli, I want to ask where to get bacterial isolates B Subtilis and P auroginosa? thank you

I took sand samples from 3 places. 2). Actually I found a total of 18 isolates. Nine bacterial isolates (one had no inhibition) and other were Streptomyces isolates. 3). I got B. subtilis and P. auroginosa bacteria from the Microbiology Laboratory, Faculty of Medicine UGM Good luck Dr. Roisu. Thank you very much
