However, how about action to reduce carbon from individual emissions such as from the use of private transportation and household goods ? Is it possible to create carbon tax policy for individual activities ? Thank you.

I think that it is possible to apply carbon tax for individual activities such as carbon foot print for the transportation and household goods. However, we need to analyze the effect of the tax implementation on the people welfare. This kind of research is needed to provide insight for the policy makers.
