Question from Mr. Andreas Prasetyadi

Which is the most critical component that should be take care carefully? If we need
to improve the performance, what should we replace?

According to the FMECA calculations for this cooling system, the highest RPN value is the Hydraulic rotating joint, which has value of 196.
The Hydraulic rotating joint is the most critical component that needs to be watched out for and checked periodically, because the hydraulic rotating joint is a channel connecting the pressurized coolant between the static part and the rotating part. Around the hydraulic Rotating joint there are also other electronic equipment so that it must be protected from system failure due to a short circuit by the coolant.

In improving the performance of the cooling system all components remain a concern, but in view of the replacement or modification that can be made, it can lead to some components, such:
- The cooling liquid pump component that pushes liquid under pressure,
- The cooling liquid collector (as a collector of coolant ready to be sent to electronic antenna equipment), and
- The hydraulic rotating joint which has a better level of strength to withstand pressure so that it does not leak.
