Can you please give me a brief explanation on the use of E-learning methods using
during pandemic? What features favorable the most by the students and the effect
after being taught by thet application> thank you in advance.

The use of E-learning in Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta was categorized into
two phases. The first phase was in early pandemic period around April 2020 until
August 2021, and the second was after that until August 2022. Currently, we adopt
full face to face interaction as before pandemic.
The differences between the first and the second phase are the E-learning platform
that we used. The first phase was used Schoology platform and the second phase
was used OpenLearning. The conversion was because the commercial fee to create
Schoology user account. In the early pandemic, it is free for us to create a user
account in Schoology but currently we have to pay.
This condition in the conversion period also made many of students confuse. Some
courses were held in Schoology and some others were held in OpenLearning. Both
platform were giving fundamental course materials, but in some cases, Schoology
was better in providing some student feedback assessment through quiz feature.
