competitiveness, referring to the Global Competitiveness Index. However, the
technical character of regional management has autonomy, which requires mature
communication and coordination.
ideally four aspects, namely the innovation ecosystem, human resources, enabling
factors and perfect market factors will result in maximum regional competitiveness.
However, in practice managing aspects of regional competitiveness has not matured
