At the Conclusion, it says that using WhatsApp as a media for consulting and
services in pharmacies can simplify and also speed up the service of community
needs. What are the parameters of simplify and speed up to measure it.

thank you for the question, one of the main parameters that can be used in this
research is user experience. research by Jindal et al (2020) conducting a survey
found that chatbot-based systems have potential uses compared to applications.
