Dear Mr. Aris Rakhmadi
Conceptually Machine Learning can be applied for the detection of parasites and
micro-organisms. but for the actual implementation of recognition systems
(parasites and microorganisms) a deeper study is needed regarding: interfaces
(GUI) and appropriate models (eg CNN) that support machine learning such as
the object above.
As an example:
- Research has been carried out such as the detection of malaria parasites in
the blood.
- By examining thick and thin blood smears to diagnose disease and measure
parasitemia. However, its accuracy depends on the quality of the smear and the
expertise in classifying and counting parasitized and uninfected cells.
- A computer-assisted diagnostic method based on advanced image analysis
using machine learning techniques, applied to microscopic images of blemishes
using hand-engineered features demands expertise in analyzing variations in
morphology, texture and plane position of interest.
- Convolutional Neural Networks, a deep model learning class that promises
highly scalable and superior results with end-to-end feature extraction and
classification.
We hope that our answers will satisfy you
Yours faithfully,
Iskandar
