Apart from fostering and restoring emotions due to the pandemic, how do you
increase the transactions of these MSME players? In what ways do they increase the
value of their transactions?
Oke thanks for your good questions. The result of my studies, MSMEs employees
emotion (Neuroticm) during pandemic will decrease when MSMEs employees have
good level of experience.
For second questions
My research in not investigate increase the value transaction MSMEs. May be, for
future research ideas.
