thank you sir for your question so in my opinion this tool is very useful for people
who have chicken farms because chicken farms really need a heating device which
so far so far chicken breeders in the district. Magelang, on average still uses LPG-
fired heaters to condition the temperature and humidity of the cage environment
from the first day to the 15th day of the beginning of the growth of broiler
chickens. The need for LPG for every 1000 chickens is quite large, namely 2
cylinders of 12 kg. The price for each 12 kg cylinder to the location of the cage is
Rp. 250,000, -, so that each harvest cycle for every 1000 chickens requires a
heating fee of 2x Rp. 250.000,- = IDR 500.000,-. Costs of this magnitude certainly
burden the broiler breeders. So the heating cost for each chicken is Rp. 500,-.
Several alternative heating devices have been considered as substitutes for LPG
for chicken coop heaters, one of which is a chicken coop heater that uses waste
oil. This heater uses cheap fuel, which is Rp. 2000,- per liter. However, this
program still uses a fairly large capacity electric blower, namely 250 watts.
Assuming that every day the heater operates for 10 hours, the daily requirement
for each appliance is 250 x 20 hours = 5000 watth or 5 kWh. If every 1000 heads
require 2 tools, then every day requires 10 kWh of electrical energy, then for 15
days of heating each harvest cycle of broiler chickens requires energy of 10kWh x
15 = 150 kWh, if the electricity price is PLN per kWh is Rp. 1500, - then the need
for electrical energy per 1000 chickens is 150 kW.h x Rp. 1500.- /kW.h = Rp.
225.000,-.for the operation of this tool, it^s very easy, first, we just need to check
the water level, second, we just need to turn on the fire in the combustion
furnace, and third, we just need to drain the oil from the available reservoir
through the faucet, and lastly, we just have to make sure that the oil flows
continuously.
for self-care we only clean the furnace when we see that t
