What is the best teaching method applied in teaching English at school, especially in
terms of grammar?

Thank you for your question. Actually, theoretically, there are several ways of
teaching grammar: deductive / inductive ways or explicit/implicit ways. The best
teaching method in terms of grammar is still argued. In my experience of teaching
college students, I try to combine those ways together in class. At the beginning of
the sessions I tap students knowledge by giving questions leading to the grammar
focus, followed by explaining grammar rules. I prepare exercises and discuss them,
and I conclude the session with grammar application by using song analysis for
example. Those are my experience in teaching grammar. I hope my explanation can
