What is the isolate obtained at the dilution? 3. Well, I will try to answer your questions: 1). I took sand samples from 3 places. 2). Actually I found a total of 18 isolates. Nine bacterial isolates (one had no inhibition) and other were Streptomyces isolates. 3). I got B. subtilis and P. auroginosa bacteria from the Microbiology Laboratory, Faculty of Medicine UGM Good luck Dr. Roisu.
