it is stated in the abstract that the sample is 69, what method was used to
determine the sample? Are there certain criteria used?

Thank you for your questions Mr. Ibrahim. Yes we have some criteria to choose the respondent because we use purposive sampling. The criteria namely State Civil Apparatus (ASN) employees who served as Head of Regional Offices/Agencies, Head of Sub-Division of Finance, Finance Staff, and Treasurer who had worked for at least 2 years.

Thank you for your question Ms. Farida. This study^s findings indicate that professionalism and organizational commitment positively affect the intention to do whistleblowing so that the organization can improve the two variables by employee training and development.
