In fact, there are many models that can be used to measure the
level of satisfaction and acceptance of E-Government services, but
according to the method we use, it shows that the two models (TAM
and UTAUT) have been widely used by previous researchers. both
models can also be used in creating a new framework in the future.

based on the results of studies from several research publications,
there are several factors that are not proven to have an effect and
have a positive effect on user satisfaction and adoption of e-
government services. but the focus of our research is to investigate
how strong and how big the dominant influence can be so that in the
future researchers can focus on developing based on our current
research findings. And this can be a contribution in our current
research. Researchers can use our findings as a reference in
developing models.
