Thank you Dr. Sri Wahyuningsih Wahyuningsih, your research is very interesting
that related to Narrative study, hopefully I will be given the opportunity to read
the results of your research.
Let me answer your question
The phenomenon of sexual warning in the workplace is like the iceberg
phenomenon, from the surface it looks a little but we don^t know how many are
invisible. Information from the protection of women workers^ house (RP3) in the
Karawang area has not been reported regarding sexual harassment of female
workers. Based on the results of the study, this happened because of the fear of
the victim reporting for reasons of embarrassment to be the subject of
conversation or ridicule of other employees, fear of being laid off, or afraid of not
being accepted at another company. The impact of sexual harassment is very
influential in terms of the psychology, career, work environment, and self-esteem
of the victim. Therefore this research can be a basis for stakeholders to make
policies related to sexual harassment in the workplace.
What the researcher did after this was met with the RP3, discussed and provided
suggestions so that the RP3 could be actively involved with stakeholders in the
organization or company to, 1) make a written, consistent and clear policy
regarding the consequences of acts of sexual harassment, 2) training relating to
the handling and reporting of sexual harassment, 3) research and investigation of
sexual harassment, 4). Improvement of procedures and actions. 5) cooperate
with RP3 to hold seminars and education related to sexual harassment
prevention.

Thank you very much for the question:
almost all victims are afraid to report cases of sexual harassment to the company or
external parties, one of which is embarrassment, fear of being talked about, fear of
being complicated. so this causes these cases are rarely revealed.
some of the suggestions we gave in our research were: 1) creating a written,
consistent and clear policy regarding the consequences of acts of sexual
harassment, 2) training related to handling and reporting sexual harassment, 3)
research and investigation of sexual harassment, 4). Improvement of procedures
and actions. Meanwhile, victims should seek trusted parties to help handle cases of
sexual harassment, especially RP3 located in industrial areas.
