This research was implemented in the Dlimas area, Tegalrejo so that our prediction
is that most residents in the village will use this Android-Based Meter Monitoring
and Recording application.
Thank you Mr. R Arri Widyanto for your quetions. This application not only shows the
history of water bills that can be seen by customers but also admin can inputs the
meter stand number and payment limit into the application system from the photo
taken by the officer.
In addition, there is also a calculator to calculate tariff simulations based on water
usage in cubic millimeter units, the amount of fines and the type of customer group.

indicators of the implementation of this research are :
First, the algorithm applied to the programming produces calculations according to
the formula set by Pamsimas Officers at Dlimas Tegalrejo.
Second, the time needed to complete the work process when using this application
is faster than the time needed to complete the work without using this application.
