Interesting research students, is batch 1 effectively given to overcome the
saturation level of post-Covid-19 pandemic students in Islamic boarding schools so
that learning can run optimally. considering that batch 1 is experiencing a process of
transition from junior high school to high school level..?

This is an interesting research since burnout is a state that comes with long-term,
unresolved stress that can negatively affect our work and our life in general.
My question is, based on your research, the students who are the respondents of
your research are mostly at what stage of burnout?

Hi! Because I think Boarding School is interesting topic and fortunately, I was an alumni
of boarding school. So, i think i can give something usefull for the school by doing this

Hello! Unfortunately, my research didn^t analyze the correlation between the academic
burnout and the independent learning. This research only focus to evaluate if the
students experience burnout in non-academic programs at their school.
But, based on qualitative data, the school seems practicing the independent learning
concept as they implemented ^student-teach student^ concept in some of their non-
academic programs. Hence, we need further research and the independent learning topic
is interesting to be included.
