thank you for the question Mr. Irham Nugroho , there are five indicators for learning
independence after covid 19, among others, students are expected to be able to set
learning strategies, students can adjust learning methods, students learn
independently and are required to have readiness and tenacity, students have
endurance so high learning motivation is needed and students expected to use a
variety of learning resources.

thank you for the question Mr. Ahmad Fathan Rizqi Irawan, of course the teacher^s
role is very important in cases like this where the teacher is the first object as
students gain knowledge.
Various strategies to foster students^ independent learning attitudes include creating
an active learning atmosphere, delivering material in a simple and not boring way,
arousing student motivation by providing rewards. If children^s learning
independence can be overcome, students^ adjustments to online to face-to-face
learning can be overcome automatically with the role of the teacher

I am appreciative of your response.

Question from Dr. Jumadi Jumadi

What do you think about hybrid learning? Can that be a way for students to have face-
to- face meeting and still encourage independence learning?

thank you, I will answer my opinion regarding hybrid learning it is very good
students do not only focus on online learning but face to face can be done
alternately if online learning has difficulties then face to face learning can be treated
for discomfort all unresolved problems such as lessons those who don^t understand
can be treated in face-to-face learning. In my opinion, hybrid learning is the right
solution and fits together. if we talk about whether it can encourage children^s
learning independence related to hybrid learning it can really encourage student
learning independence because in online learning students are required to be able to
learn on their own through videos, books and other sources if face to face can also
encourage student learning independence there is interaction with teachers and
friends making active learning motivated to learn. so in my opinion hybrid learning is
very suitable and can encourage student learning independence
