In general, we use product development methods based on engineering design
books, a systematic approach. To determine what needs to be developed there is a
planning & task clarification stage. We identify development needs based on design
principles for wood cook stoves. Found that things that can be developed is
insulation. Then we choose insulation materials that are on the market to be
compared with each other.
So far, have these simulation results been validated experimentally? If it has been
validated by experiment, what is the percentage difference in results between the
CFD simulation and the experiment? Thank you
Replies:
We^ve been experimenting with undeveloped wood stoves. we compare the
temperature at the output of the stove with the CFD results. the experimental
average temperature was 385.95 while the CFD was 374.91. the result is less than
10% difference
