Learning from Malang, municipal leaders are now more exposed to
many best practices and innovations to improve of public services. But,
there is weak maintenance and wow quantity and quality of IT expert
human resources.
Thank you Ms. Pristi Sukmasetya. The most challenging thing when the
local government doing digital transformation to solve the problem of
digital divide and develop human resources competencies to support
the government in realizing a smart city. In addition, an important
challenge is also to understand digitalization to the community in public
services.
