the mean of Spatial Segregation is the emergence of spatial separation among the
community (in this case residents of settlements) due to space restrictions by certain
parties. In our research, spatial segregation occurs because developers in luxury
housing limited to community access, especially to occupied of open spaces and
access roads for non-residents of the housing complex studied.
