First, I say thank you for your question.
In this work, firstly, turn on the electrical installation to flowing the water. Then, we
have to manage the water debit. The load were connected to water debit. I mean
that we are manage the water debit using the loads. Then, the water were flow and
it also manage using a tap. And it was that i said valve guide in my abstract. We
have to manage the valve guide angle to flowing the water.
For the generator, did you mean the specification or what?
Yes. As far as I know, the turbine must be connected to a generator in order to
generate electricity. Would you mind explaining the specifications of the generator
you^re using?
On the other hand, the generator must be connected to an electric load in order to
perform current measurements. Could you please describe the electrical load you
used in the test?
The turbine that we used is made by our team and it only in laboratory scale. The
electrical load used is a lamp with a power of 8 watts arranged in such a way and
measured using a multimeter.
Thank you for sharing your research results. I want to ask a few things about your
research. First, in this study, the Pelton turbine model is used, whether you buy it or
make it. Second, what is the diameter and number of bowls and nozzles on the
Pelton turbine used in this study? Finally, is the source of the water flowing through
the nozzles coming from a water reservoir placed at a certain height or from a water
pump? Thank you
Replies:
First, I say thank you for your question.
The pelton turbine that used in this work was made by our team. The nozzles that
used in this study was 12. And the source of water flowing is from a water pump.
Thank you.
First, I say thank you for your question. This study was doing for the preliminary
and it is based on the laboratory scale. We take four data because the limited of the
equipment that we have. But, our purpose in this study only to know ^can this
turbine generate the electricity?^ and the experiment proof that it work. So, with
only four data, we are confident to conclude that our study is work. Thank you..
