Why did you choose two methods in this study to measure mental workload? How is
the relationship between NASA-TLX and SOFI results based on the highest mental
workload indicators?

Thank you for your question.
I choose two methods NASA-TLX and SOFI methods because in this research we want
to know and analyze the level of mental workload that occurs in packer operations
workers in carrying out their work using the NASA-TLX method. While the SOFI method
is used to measure the level of fatigue felt by workers when completing their work
through five dimensions including lack of energy, physical discomfort, drowsiness and
lack of motivation. The correlation test between NASA-TLX and SOFI for each operator,
resulted in a relationship between mental workload and the level of fatigue when doing
work using a significance level value of 0.05 to obtain Sig. (2-tailed) is 0.030 and the
correlation coefficient is 0.444 for the packing machine operator, which means that the
relationship between mental workload and the level of fatigue shows a positive
direction with a moderate level of closeness or correlation. Meanwhile, for the palletizer
machine operator, the results of Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.040 and a correlation coefficient of
0.462 which means that the relationship between mental workload and fatigue level
shows a positive direction with a moderate level of closeness or correlation.
