1. How to make the composite? Is the resin and fiber just poured into the mold or is
there a some treatment such as heating and compressing?

1. By using hand lay-up method, which is pouring fiber and resin
directly without any special treatment

Parameter with highest tensile strength is the amount fiber. The
highest the fiber, the more strength it is

Because banana fronds tends to have unidirectional fronds
