Many indicators theoretically can be used to build the success of regional competitiveness, referring to the Global Competitiveness Index. However, the technical character of regional management has autonomy, which requires mature communication and coordination. ideally four aspects, namely the innovation ecosystem, human resources, enabling factors and perfect market factors will result in maximum regional competitiveness.
