Abstract
Digitalization brings impactful changes in all sectors, including the education sector. The development of digitalization in the education sector is currently peaking when the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic requires the learning system to switch to online. The sudden transition resulted in unpreparedness, even more so in elementary school education-nonetheless, various efforts to implement online-based learning. However, to know the level of technological literacy in teachers, students, and even the environment needs research. The purpose of this study is: to analyze the readiness of teachers, students, and the environment in the face of digitalization so that the level of technological literacy can be known from the side of teachers, students, and even the environment. This study was conducted in the Indonesia-Malaysia Border region, namely in the Bengkayang region of West Kalimantan. The subject of this research is teachers and students in Bengkayang regional elementary schools with different levels of accreditation. This type of research is quantitative research with survey methods. The data collection techniques used are questionnaires and observations. The results of this study are expected to illustrate the readiness and level of technological literacy of teachers, students, and the environment in Bengkayang.
