Abstract
Schools Online learning is a learning system that utilizes technology, and this requires teachers always to be able to use technology as a learning medium. However, there are still many teachers who have difficulty in implementing online learning media, especially teachers at the elementary school level. This study describes that- the online learning media used by teachers and teachers^ challenges in implementing online learning in elementary schools. The location of this research is in the SDN 02 Bengkayang with a descriptive qualitative research type. Sources of data in this study were teachers of classes IV, V, and VI. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used the Milles and Huberman model with stages, data reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The study results show that some teachers had used online learning media in the learning process. The online learning media used are WhatsApp, Google Form, and Youtube. However, there are still teachers who have difficulty implementing online learning media. The teachers^ problems on learning are making online learning media, managing online learning media. The lack of facilities and infrastructure owned by teachers and students in supporting the implementation of online learning media in the learning process so that learning cannot take place effectively is the problem also. Teachers should attend various training on online learning media to design and manage online learning media so that they can create an effective and efficient learning process.
