Abstract
Jakarta State University, Faculty of Engineering has several study programs that have knowledge and skills that can be provided to the community (young women who drop out of school and housewives), to increase income for the community if they are engaged and applied these skills. The steps taken in solving partner problems are (1) field observation, (2) identification of partner problems and weaknesses, (3) offering solutions to partners, and (4) product implementation. The training ran according to the target applied by the researchers, based on the questionnaire distributed by the participants who thought this training was useful and most of them expected continuous training.
