Reply from Mr. Hidayatullah Muttaqin 2020.11.18 13:59:35 Absolutely, low covid-19 tests (Swab and PCR test) affect to low positive cases. Other impact is low testing will lead to high positive rates. However this doesn^t have relationship with economic size and people welfare rates, but depenting on policies in those regions that could be exisetd in pilkada period.
