I am sorry that i am wrong sending the question. My first question should be for
another presenter. I want to ask you about nanoemulsion
because we have the same research background. And my
question are:
1. Is the surfactant (Tween 80) used more than 20% still within
the toxicity limit?

2. surfactants in high concentrations (40%) allow the formation
of micelle. What is your opinion?

i am sorry mrs. Tiara, in here, for this study we did not make an extract but only
boiled 10 pieces of green cherry leaves with 200 cc of water, taken once a day every
day for 7 days

but about kersen ekstract .
The type of research used in this study is a quasi-experimental study using a two-
group pretest-posttest design with a control group design, which consists of an
intervention group and a control group where the intervention group will be given an
action while the control group is only a comparison.

In this study, there were two groups, namely the intervention group and the control
group. At the time of the two groups pretest cholesterol levels will be measured. Then
the intervention group will be given cherry leaf decoction while the control group will
not. After that, the cholesterol levels were measured again in the intervention and
control groups (posttest). Furthermore, the results of the measurement of cholesterol
levels in the pretest and posttest in the two groups were compared. The comparison
results in the intervention group and the control group were compared so that it could
be seen the effect of cherry leaf decoction.
