Dear Ibu Enik,

what condition of the leaves were?were it dries or fresh?if it were fresh leaves,
is there any diferences than dried condition?

and how much leaves masses did you use in this study?

Thank you for the question.
In this study, the leaves I use are still wet leaves, where I boil the leaves
immediately after they are plucked from the tree without drying. The leaves
that I use are old kersen leaves with the amount of 10 kersen leaves.
From the references I found that both dry and wet kersen leaves still contain
flavonoids
