Reply from Ms. Nina Purwanti 2020.11.18 14:44:09 Thanks for you question, Mr. Verly Widiantoro, First of all, our research objective is actually to identify the 13 activities by comparing statement method from three projects and then obtaining the expert judgement and elected respondent. In the other hand, to answer your question, we need a further research to discuss about cycle time of the method. However, according to our review the most critical activity is box girder delivery and hanging up segment since it can cause delay to other activities behind it. To manage the risks, we need to do identify the problem such as the traffic jam, the problem in production and etc. On the other side, On site preparation needs to be done properly. Regards,
