Abstract
Employees who enter retirement experience many problems, including financial, health, social and psychological problems. In dealing with financial problems, retirees are required to be able to manage their finances well and carefully because the income they receive during retirement is very limited and not enough to meet their daily needs. Retirees also generally experience many health problems as they get older. With this declining health, these retirees need sufficient finances to treat their illnesses. This training aims to 1) provide skills to retirees to operate shopee affiliates and 2) retirees can get additional income from shopee affiliates. Therefore, retirees are expected to still be productive in generating income. One of the programs that can help retirees to increase their income or revenue is through Shopee Affiliate. This training is held from April to June 2025 with 4 stages. The first stage is matching NPWP with NIK. The second stage is registering with Shopee Affiliate and training on how to market products through Shopee Affiliate using the share link method. The third stage provides an understanding of marketing products through video uploads and calculating commissions from Shopee Affiliate and the fourth stage is reviewing participants^ understanding of Shopee Affiliate and strengthening the method of uploading videos via laptop. Community service activities have succeeded in providing an understanding to retired participants in operating Shopee Affiliate. Of the ten retired participants who took part in this training, 7 people or 70% have received commissions from Shopee Affiliate.
