Abstract
The Community Partnership Program (PKM) in Mekarmanik Village aims to help identify the economic potential of the community, particularly in four hamlets where most of the residents work in the agricultural sector. The identified potential includes agricultural commodities such as coffee, shallots, and vegetables, as well as mining resources in the form of stone. Additionally, there are home-based food processing businesses, such as fried banana chips, Kopi Rasa Galor, various chips produced by Liapik, and fried red onions. These community service activities integrate Islamic values, namely ta^awun (cooperation) through marketing support for products, and the principle of halal through guidance on halal certification for Kopi Rasa Galor products. Challenges include limited secondary data, varying activity schedules, long distances between villages, and unfavorable weather conditions. The methods applied use a participatory approach, involving the community in problem identification and solution planning. The program empowers farmer groups, provides food processing technology training, and establishes cooperatives to strengthen bargaining power in marketing. Collaboration with various stakeholders, including local governments, microfinance institutions, and the private sector, is key to creating a sustainable business ecosystem and optimizing local economic potential. Nevertheless, this community service initiative has produced several results, including articles, documentary videos, mapping of village economic potential, technical design documents for the Village Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMDesa), and publications in the media.
