ABSTRACT
School-based Management according to is ^the systematic decentralization to the school level of authority and responsibility to make decisions on significant matters related to school operations within a centrally determined framework of goals, policies, curriculum, standards, and accountability^.
It is based on the principles of shared-governance. School Based Management underscores the empowerment of key stakeholders in school communities to facilitate their active participation in the continuous improvement of schools towards the attainment of higher learning outcomes of the learners.
With these ideas, the researcher came up to explore the implementation of Indigenous People Education as well the performances of School Leaders and Learners to develop an improved implementation plan.
The foremost goal of this study was to formulate an Improved Implementation Program for SBM Practices of the IP Education and Performances of School Heads, Faculty and Pupils of Region XII. This study utilized the research and development research design. This research used questionnaires which facilitated the gathering of data for the school performance of teachers.
