Abstract
The development plan of Technopolis Gede Bage and Tegalluar New Town with a smart city paradigm has had a high impact of rapid urbanization and modernization to agrarian and traditional Sundanese culture pockets of East Bandung. The issue of the loss of the traditional culture entities become very serious when symptoms apper : (1) the gap in the quality of the modern urban environment with the surrounding rural area, (2) the gap in social quality of immigrant commumities with local communities, (3) the gap amoung urban economic based on digital technology with traditional economic in rural area, (4) the gap in the competitivoness of local commnunities with modern institutions that have global networks. Anticipating the issu of regional disparities, this research article offers a solution to build Unisba Sunda Politan as SDGs Model based on integration Islamic-local-global value for branding design of tourist area in East Bandung.
