Abstract
21st-century learning is learning that integrates technology in the development of students^ knowledge and skills, so that students have competencies according to current developments. Therefore, teachers as educators must have special competencies to realize this, one of which is digital competency. The purpose of this study is to identify the digital competencies needed by teachers in 21st-century learning. The research method applied in this study is qualitative descriptive research using a literature study approach. The results of this study indicate that teachers^ digital competencies include: Information Literacy, Communication, Educational Content Creation, Collaboration and Adaptability, Utilization of Technology in Learning.
