English Language Skills and Global Citizenship among Administrative Staff Faculty of Education, Prince of Songkla University Abstract This study examines the impact of a professional development program on the English language proficiency and global citizenship competencies of administrative personnel at Faculty of Education, Prince of Songkla University in Thailand. A pre- and post-survey design was employed to assess self-perceived skills and attitudes before and after participation. Results show marked improvement in participants^ confidence in using English, particularly in speaking and listening, and a deeper understanding of cultural diversity and global perspectives. Thematic analysis of qualitative responses suggests the program effectively fostered teamwork, cross-cultural communication, and international awareness. Recommendations include expanding English immersion activities and incorporating structured workshops to further enhance impact.
