ANALYSIS OF VILLAGE FUND MANAGEMENT IN POVERTY ALLEVIATION (CASE STUDY OF UEBONE VILLAGE, AMPANA TETE SUBDISTRICT) 1 Students of the Management Study Program PSDKU University Tadulako Tojo Una-Una Abstract This study aims to analyze the management of village funds in poverty alleviation in Uebone Village, Ampana Tete Subdistrict. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The number of informants in this study was 14 people, with the technique of determining informants using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews, literature studies and documentation. Descriptive data analysis that emphasizes its analysis on the inductive conclusion process and analysis of the dynamics of the relationship between the observed phenomena. The results of the study indicate that the management of village funds in poverty alleviation in Uebone Village is good, this can be seen from the decrease in the number of poor people which in 2022 was recorded at 550 people with a percentage value of 19%, in 2023 as many as 440 people or 16%, and in 2024 it fell to 315 people or 12% of the total population of Uebone Village as many as 2,676 people. Thus, Uebone Village has successfully managed village funds well, able to improve the quality of infrastructure, access to education, and health services that contribute to poverty alleviation.
