Abstract

The Faculty of International Finance at Hebei International Studies University consists of various study programs that require students to take Indonesian courses. The courses are held continuously from semester 1 to 7. The problem of partners lies in the learning resources provided to students are very minimal, including an adequate learning environment. learning resources obtained by students come from lecturer speakers and also digital sources such as Indonesian learning pages, social media about Indonesian learning, Indonesian learning applications. In addition, learning Indonesian cultural arts is also very limited, so this can be an opportunity to hold Indonesian learning training for the student community who study Indonesian. Indonesian cultural arts are studied by students from internet sources in China. This has an impact on motivation in the learning process that decreases. Therefore, in the framework of internationalization Indonesian Community Service activities PPM-KF entitled ^Empowerment BIPA (Indonesian Language for Foreign Speakers) Listening skills Based on Culture Acculturation for Hebei International Studies University Academic Community (Pengembangan Keterampilan Menyimak Bahasa Indonesia untuk Penutur Asing (BIPA) Berbasis Akulturasi Budaya bagi Komunitas Akademik Mahasiswa Internasional Universitas Hebei )^ . intends to introduce Indonesian culture to Hebei International Studies University students through an interesting and fun activity through listening and talking with Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning methods and also Case Based Learning (CBL) through collaborative storytelling media will be applied to PPM-KF activities which have total participants 79 people divided into 6 groups. The expected result after the PPM-KF activity is that Hebei International Studies University students know, understand and carry out Indonesian cultural activities in everyday life with a collaborative storytelling approach. Since the Indonesian language proficiency still limited therefore the participants involve in this activity by using blank papers and dictionaries. The time constraints and quite many groups become obstacles of this activity thereby influencing the outcomes of speaking exercise and turning ideas into stories. The final result of story listening activity is encouraging the participants confidently express their ideas into stories.
